Bobby Jones Links Appoints Scott Ferrell as Vice President of Development

Atlanta, GA (October 20, 2020) – The progressive Atlanta-based golf club management company, Bobby Jones Links is pleased to announce the hiring of golf industry veteran Scott Ferrell as Vice President of Development. Ferrell will draw from his 30 years in the industry and an extensive network to help Bobby Jones Links grow in various market segments.

In this role, Ferrell will work alongside fellow Wake Forest University graduate, Mark Oldham, to educate the marketplace on the management and marketing strengths of Bobby Jones Links. Additionally, the team will work to inform the marketplace of the exciting culture that Bobby Jones Links has created for its employees, clients, and members.

Prior to joining Bobby Jones Links, Ferrell spent 15 years as president of Gary Player Design, as well as 11 years in key marketing positions within the PGA TOUR’s TPC Network. Most recently, Ferrell served on the Board of OnLink, a golf course management software platform that was sold to John Deere Golf in 2019. In all these roles, Ferrell excelled in building industry relationships and developing new business initiatives that set the respective companies on a path of meaningful growth.
